Privacy
This is a small personal recipe site. I collect as little as I can, and I don't sell or share anything about you.
Analytics
I use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, roughly where they're visiting from (city or region), what kind of device and browser they use, and how they found the site. It sets cookies to tell one visit from another. I don't see who you are, and I don't use it for advertising.
If you're in Quebec, the UK or Europe, analytics stays off unless you say yes. Everywhere else it's on, and you can say no at any time.
Notes you send
When you leave a note on a recipe, the note, the recipe it's on and the name you give (if any) are stored by my web host, Netlify, and emailed to me. If I add your note to a recipe, I'll only show the name you gave, or no name at all.
The newsletter
The newsletter is run through beehiiv, and the signup form on this site is theirs. If you sign up, beehiiv stores your email address and handles unsubscribing. Their privacy policy covers how they handle it.
Hosting
Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, like any web host.
