Korean-Style Roasted Broccoli

Broccoli roasted in a chili crisp, soy and honey glaze. Crispy edges and a little heat, with far less oil than most roasted broccoli.

Method

  1. Heat the oven

    • Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix the sauce

    • Stir together the chili crisp, soy sauce, honey and garlic.
  3. Coat

    • Put the dry florets in a large bowl, pour over the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Roast

    • Spread in a single, spaced-out layer so the florets roast instead of steam. Bake 20–25 minutes.

    For a big Costco bag (about 900 g), double the sauce and use two baking sheets.

  5. Finish

    • Drizzle with the sesame oil right before serving, toss, and add sesame seeds if you like.
